1 – Easy Pay Transfers Sdn Bhd (Reg no: 1207100-T) will be referred to as “EasyPay Transfers”.
2 – This campaign will run from 1st October 2018 to 31st December 2018 (“Campaign Period”).
3 – To be eligible to participate in the campaign, the Participant(is) is/are required to meet the Campaign qualifying criteria (“Qualifying Criteria”) by performing the following;-
Complete full registration with EasyPay Transfers
Perform a transaction via EasyPay Transfers website to China in either RMB or USD, with a minimum transaction of RM10,000
4 – Discount will be reflected during checkout.
5 – Promotion is available for transactions within the Campaign Period.
6 – By participating in the Campaign, the Participant:
Agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign;
Agrees to access the EasyPay Transfers Website to view the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to be kept up-to-date on any change or variation to the Terms and Conditions
Agrees that EasyPay Transfers shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss or expiration of the promotion. Any request for replacement of such loss or expiration shall not be entertained by EasyPay Transfers;
Agrees that the promotion is non-transferable to any third (3rd) party and non-exchangeable to up-front cash, credit, cheque or in kind; in part or in full;
Agrees that EasyPay Transfers’s decision on all matters relating to the campaign, promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding against them and no further correspondence and/or appeal to dispute EasyPay Transfers’s shall be entertained;
Agrees to discontinue to any further participation in this Campaign by informing EasyPay Transfers if any future modifications of these Terms and Conditions are unacceptable.
7 – EasyPay Transfers reserves its right to:
Disqualify any and all entries from any Participant in this campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the Participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering of the regulations of this Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein;
Cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by EasyPay Transfers shall not entitle the Participant (s) to any claim or compensation against EasyPay Transfers for any loss incurred by the Participant(s) as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension;
Change the promotion at its discretion to another promotion of similar value with prior notice;
Add, delete, suspend or vary the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either wholly or in part at its discretion by way of posting on EasyPay Transfers website and/or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by EasyPay Transfers
EasyPay Transfers shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of EasyPay Transfers.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail
8 – By participating in the Campaign, the Participant(s) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME SUBJECT TO OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
